Job Description Hospitalist (PRN) - Flowers Hospital - Dothan, AL

Flowers Hospital is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join its established Hospitalist team in Dothan, Alabama, on a PRN basis . This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-focused environment with strong specialty support and ultimate scheduling flexibility.

At Flowers Hospital, you'll be part of Community Health Systems (CHS), a national network of regional hospitals dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care close to home.

Position Highlights

Pure Flexibility: Exceptional PRN scheduling opportunities to fit your availability.
Competitive Pay: $165/hour for day shifts.
Clinical Environment: Stable and collaborative team with a 32-bed Open ICU.
Procedures: Optional, based entirely on your personal comfort level.
Academic Opportunities: Potential ability to teach and interact with residents through our on-site GME program.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM).
Eligible for or currently hold an active Alabama medical license.

Compensation & Support

Competitive hourly rate ($165/hr day shifts).
