You will continue to sign in and out while on call and hours worked over 40/week will be paid at 1.5x. Additional calls, to which you can agree and will be site specific, will be paid a pager rate of $500/call. Call terms will be site specific and may be an 8, 12, 16, or 24-hour call depending on the site.
