What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Field Sales) Territory Management: Drive daily routes across St. Charles County, visiting local businesses face-to-face. Prospecting & Cold Outreach: Walk into commercial, industrial, and office businesses to introduce Express workforce solutions to business owners and hiring managers. Consultative Selling: Uncover staffing and HR challenges, qualify prospective accounts, and present tailored solutions. Closing & Account Growth: Negotiate service agreements, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing account relationships. Activity Metrics: Maintain structured weekly call volumes, set face-to-face appointments, and follow-up consistently.
