Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a Contract position suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a mix of front-desk interaction, phone coverage, and clerical support. The ideal candidate will help keep administrative workflows running smoothly by managing information accurately and providing attentive assistance to internal teams and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and provide courteous front-desk support while maintaining an organized office environment.
• Manage incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and relay messages promptly.
• Perform data entry tasks with close attention to accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative activities such as filing, document handling, and general office coordination.
• Maintain organized records and ensure information is easy to access for staff when needed.
• Support team members with clerical requests to help office operations stay efficient and well-coordinated.• Experience or demonstrated ability in administrative support within an office setting.
• Comfortable answering inbound calls and communicating clearly with customers, visitors, and staff.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage receptionist-style duties while maintaining professionalism and organization.
• Basic proficiency with standard office tools and general administrative processes.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
