Director Of Operations

An established, privately held multi-specialty dental group is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead operations across four locations. The organization delivers pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, adult cosmetic dentistry, and oral surgery through 20 providers and a team of approximately 100 across Minnesota and Wisconsin, with annual revenue in the eight figures. Two pediatric dentists own and operate the business, with no private equity backing. That independence is our greatest advantage: we set our own standards of care and invest in our people without pressure to deliver returns to outside shareholders. This is an executive appointment. The Director of Operations reports directly to ownership and leads the administrative director, clinical director, location leads, and the finance and human resources functions. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated command of a complex, multi-location dental enterprise and the judgment to lead it at scale.
