Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves collaborating with service technicians, presenting and recommending the best equipment and service options for customers' homes, and achieving strong sales results. No prior HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience is required; extensive on‑the‑job training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Interact with new and existing customers, offering solutions to enhance home comfort. Conduct in‑home conversations, helping homeowners save on utilities and future repairs while improving air quality. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Travel to customer locations for in‑person meetings and personalized service. Work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to meet customer needs. Complete additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals. Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers. Proficient PC skills and comfort using technology sales tools. Willingness to travel to customer sites. Availability to work standard business hours, evenings, and weekends. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of business‑to‑consumer sales experience (industry experience not required). Strong sales drive and customer‑centric mindset.
