Private Client Account Executive | High-Net-Worth Personal Lines | Hybrid

Lang Insurance is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Private Client Account Executive to join our High-Net-Worth Personal Lines team. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Hauppauge, NY, offering the flexibility of a hybrid schedule while remaining closely connected to our team, agency leadership and clients. We specialize exclusively in Personal Lines and serve high-net-worth clients with complex insurance needs. This role is designed for an experienced professional who understands the expectations of HNW clientele and takes pride in providing knowledgeable, responsive and highly personalized service. As a Private Client Account Executive, you'll work closely with the agency principal while managing and servicing an established HNW book of business. You'll oversee new business and renewals, conduct high-level client reviews and help ensure every client receives the level of attention and expertise they expect. Primary Responsibilities Location: Hauppauge, NY | Hybrid Compensation: From $120,000 per year Sign-On Bonus Available Primary Responsibilities Manage and service, with support, an assigned High-Net-Worth book of business consisting of accounts with more than $50,000 in premium. Prepare new business and renewal submissions, including marketing, rating, proposal presentations, applications and binder processes through policy issuance. Create applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, certificates, Evidence of Property and Auto ID cards. Prepare and conduct high-level client renewal reviews. Stay current on industry trends, product developments, coverage updates and emerging technologies. Meet agency-defined service and quality metrics. Ensure policy compliance and maintain the confidentiality of company and client information. Support colleagues and provide backup for other Account Managers as needed. Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management. What We're Looking For This role requires an experienced insurance professional who understands the complexities of the High-Net-Worth Personal Lines market and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Qualifications: 5+ years of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with accounts of $50,000+ in total premium. Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing. Experience and familiarity with leading HNW carriers such as Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati and Berkley One, as well as experience working with wholesale brokers on hard-to-place Excess & Surplus Lines business. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous process improvement and team development. Skills & Experience Working knowledge of AMS360 is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions and develop solutions that support the client experience and team objectives. Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to identify needs, troubleshoot issues and provide professional insurance guidance. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Commitment to continuous process improvement to enhance productivity and performance. Ability to stay current in the High-Net-Worth marketplace, meet continuing education requirements and adapt to emerging tools and AI technologies. Ability to learn and utilize agency management systems, carrier portals, Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, and other technology essential to the role, such as Scribe. Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate, up-to-date processes and workflows. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, remain resourceful and embrace change. Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed.
