As a Home Provider, you’ll help create that sense of belonging by opening your home and supporting an individual with intellectual disabilities as they build a life filled with connection, growth, and independence. Supporting: We have two highly functioning female clients seeking a female Home provider willing to share a home in Wellington, Colorado. The individuals will need support with their daily living tasks, cooking, shopping, housekeeping, transportation, and care of their pets. Approximately $46,530 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution Ongoing Training & Team Support We carefully match Home Providers and individuals based on interests, lifestyles, and support needs because the right fit helps everyone thrive. Assistance with personal care activities Medical or physical support needs Specialized care and monitoring Initial and ongoing training Assistance with licensing and program requirements Ongoing partnership and support You must be a current resident of the state of Colorado (due to state funding restrictions).
