Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle - Toledo, OH - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant in Toledo, Ohio to drive growth and expansion of the orthopedic product portfolio within an assigned territory. The role involves clinical sales to surgeons and healthcare systems, requiring expertise in DePuy Synthes foot and ankle products and the ability to manage existing and develop new business.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in foot and ankle product portfolio and present products to surgeons and hospital staff
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding sales with existing customers in assigned geography
• Establish and maintain clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital evaluators
• Provide on-call operating room support and case coverage for surgical procedures
• Collaborate with regional sales leadership to develop business plans and achieve financial targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years experience, OR Associate's degree with 6+ years orthopedic/trauma/foot and ankle experience
• Minimum 3 years selling, account management, or related professional experience
• Ability to work in operating room and laboratory environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical acumen in hospital settings
• Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
• Self-motivated with independent work capability and relationship-building expertise
• High attention to detail and residence in or willingness to relocate to Toledo territory
