About the Role
Client is expanding its fast-growing Ads & Promotions Operations team. We are looking for a detail-oriented operations professional to manage the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple paid media channels. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Data Science, and external partners to ensure campaigns launch successfully, perform efficiently, and are accurately tracked and reported.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in ad operations, campaign operations, digital marketing operations, or paid media execution who enjoys working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Data Science, and external partners to ensure campaigns launch successfully, perform efficiently, and are accurately tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational execution of digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok .
- Set up, QA, launch, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns to ensure accurate delivery.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot campaign setup, tracking, trafficking, and reporting issues.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Data Science teams to validate campaign tracking and reporting.
- Create post-campaign reports and document campaign issues, root causes, and recommended improvements.
- Recommend and implement operational improvements, workflows, and tooling to increase campaign efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Paid Media, Digital Advertising, or Data Analytics .
- Experience managing or supporting digital advertising campaigns across one or more platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or YouTube Ads .
- Experience with campaign setup, QA, tracking, reporting, or campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DV360, CM360, or similar).
- Experience with CPG or Retail Media advertising.
- SQL knowledge for campaign reporting and data analysis.
- Experience creating ad copy or supporting creative development.
- Project management or campaign coordination experience.
