Job Description:

• Owns integrated campaign strategy and execution: customer journey and channel planning, creative development, launch, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensures campaigns are cohesive across paid, owned, and earned channels and aligned with brand and legal standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated campaign strategy across channels (paid, owned, earned), mapping tactics to the customer journey and campaign objectives
• Translate strategy into a channel plan, defining the role and sequencing of each tactic within the broader campaign
• Develop, review, and approve advertising tactics and creative, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and alignment with brand guidelines
• Build and maintain campaign strategy and creative presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership review
• Manage campaign timelines and deliverables, coordinating with creative, ops, email, lifecycle/CRM, legal, and vendor/agency partners to hit launch dates
• Maintain internal documents tracking messaging, versioning, and legal/compliance alignment; route materials through approval workflows
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs across the funnel and journey, and compile status updates and reporting for stakeholders
• Manage campaign budget tracking and flag variances where applicable
• Serve as point of contact for cross-functional partners on active, integrated campaigns during the coverage period

Qualifications

• 2 4 years of experience in integrated campaign management, marketing, or advertising
• B2B marketing experience desired
• Experience planning campaigns across multiple channels with an understanding of the customer journey
• Experience managing multiple concurrent campaign timelines and deliverables
• Comfortable coordinating across creative, media, lifecycle/CRM, legal, and analytics teams
• Ability to ramp quickly and operate independently on established strategy
