Capital Programs Director, Youth Facilities
NYS Office of Children and Family Services
The NYS Office of Children and Family Services seeks a Facility Manager to oversee the agency’s capital program from concept to completion. You will coordinate with OGS, DOB, OSC and other agencies to ensure projects meet scope, budget and schedule while complying with building codes and regulations. Responsibilities include directing design reviews, bid evaluations, and payment sign-offs; developing space and budget criteria; and supporting sustainability initiatives across OCFS facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr NYS Office of Children and Family Services
