Create compelling, platform-native content that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives, including capturing content at events and behind-the-scenes moments. Build and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and strategic content delivery across all channels. Leverage social listening, analytics, and cultural insights to identify trending opportunities and optimize content performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Advocacy, Marketing, Digital, and Brand to align social initiatives with product launches and influencer campaigns.What's Needed?1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or community management within a digital or agency setting. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Deep understanding of performance drivers on TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), and YouTube (Shorts). Proficiency with mobile content capture and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
