Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct complete assessments and evaluations of clients to diagnose mental health conditions, developing tailored treatment plans that encourage healing and growth.

• Engage clients in individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused approaches to facilitate personal development.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, providing continuous feedback and adjusting treatment strategies based on their progress and evolving needs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld at all times.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in Oregon, demonstrating complete professional credentials and adherence to state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, coupled with a sign-on bonus for new hires. Our compensation package is designed to be above market standards, including uncapped earning potential through performance-driven incentives.
