Prospect for new business by identifying opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients. Quote, bind, and service multi-line insurance policies. Respond to customer inquiries, process policy changes, collect premium payments, and maintain accurate client records. Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and professionalism. Assist the agency and service center with administrative and operational tasks as needed. Evaluate insurance applications and determine eligibility in accordance with company underwriting guidelines.
