Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the Role Symbiotic Services is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance and streamline manufacturing processes. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive efficiency, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing techniques. While experience in furniture production is preferred, it is not required. Key Responsibilities Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and boost productivity. Introduce best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency. Train and engage team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Uphold safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement strategies. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement. Proven success in workflow optimization and efficiency enhancement. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in upholstered furniture manufacturing is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doist
