M&A Tax Integration Lead: Global Consolidation
GLOBALFOUNDRIES
GlobalFoundries in Austin, TX, is seeking a Tax Experienced Manager to lead tax integration for acquisitions, divestitures, and legal restructurings. You will drive the integration of tax processes, systems, and compliance across the global organization. You will act as the primary liaison to IMO and work with cross-functional teams to deliver audit-ready documentation, data requirements, and reporting.
