About the Role

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its investment banking division. The successful candidate will be a key player in the origination and leadership of M&A and capital markets engagements across diverse industries. This role is highly relationship-driven, with a primary focus on developing new client relationships, sourcing transaction opportunities, and providing expert advice to business and corporate clients. The Managing Director will also be responsible for leading business development efforts, managing client relationships throughout the transaction process, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful closing of deals. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related advisory field, with a proven track record in originating M&A, capital markets, or strategic advisory engagements. The role requires a senior professional with a history of closing transactions involving companies with significant EBITDA and a strong network of business and financial industry contacts. The ideal candidate will have a consistent record of generating substantial annual fee revenue and a demonstrated ability to develop long-term client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to independently lead client engagements and drive business development initiatives. While industry specialization is valued, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
