The Corporate Finance team is responsible for managing the Company’s capital structure, investor relations program, treasury activities, and long-term business forecast. As a leader on the team, the Director will have broad exposure to many of Crown Castle’s financial and strategic initiatives. The Director should enjoy working in a fast-paced, strategic role that provides opportunities to interact with various stakeholders internally and externally include the Company’s executive leadership team, investors, research analysts and rating agencies.WHAT YOU WILL DOResponsibilitiesParticipate in designing and executing investor relations strategyAssist CFO and VP of Corporate Finance in maintaining dialogue with investors and research analysts, communicating our strategy and business performancePrepare investor communications and disclosures including quarterly earnings materialsDevelop narratives that investors will understand and find compellingAssist with managing rating agency relationships, communicating business and funding strategiesMaintain relationships with banking partners alongside VP of Corporate FinanceExpectationsExecutive presence, composed with a clear thought process and strong logical reasoning skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written formAbility to navigate complex, nuanced and ambiguous situationsExcellent financial acumen and strong understanding of equity and debt capital marketsAbility to construct clear and compelling communication strategies and investor narrativesAbility to lead and provide clear vision and direction to inspire others to deliver outcomesStrong decision-making skills based on solid understanding of strategy and capital allocationProven ability to develop broad networks and work across functions to deliver superior resultsHigh standard of excellence and strong characterWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDEducation QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a business discipline, MBA, or CFAExperience Qualifications10+ years of experience in finance, investor relations, and capital markets-oriented rolesSignificant experience communicating and presenting to executive level leadershipFinancial modeling and valuation analysis – investment banking, corporate or equity research (buy side or sell side)Capital raising responsibility – investment banking, corporate, or investment managementOrganizational RelationshipReports to: Vice President, Corporate Finance & TreasurerTitle(s) of direct reports (if applicable): N/AWhere You Will WorkTo optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, this role aligns to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.YOUR COMPANY BENEFITSAt Crown Castle, we do our best to ensure you have access to the resources you need to live a healthy and happy life no matter where you are in life. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location.
