Resident Experience & Community Manager

Laramar llc

Laramar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Albuquerque to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property and lead the on-site team toward budgeted goals. You will manage leasing activities, resident relations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 2 years of residential property management experience, plus proficiency with MS Office.
