Assisted Living Manager Azura Memory Care of Fox Point is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Manager to help support the daily operation and continued success of our community. Working closely with the Executive Director, this position helps strengthen operational performance, support Team Members, maintain regulatory compliance, and create an exceptional experience for residents and families. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's leadership experience, education, industry knowledge, and overall qualifications. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Position Requirements: Leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or another healthcare environment Bachelor's degree required Knowledge of Wisconsin assisted-living or CBRF operations and regulations preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and Team Member-development skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond professionally to residents, families, and Team Members About the Organization: Wisconsin-based and family-owned, Azura Memory Care and Assisted Living is excited to meet the needs of our residents, families, and expert care teams.
