Epic Web & Service Server Engineer

Job Description
Seeking an experienced Epic Web & Service Server Engineer to support and maintain Epic application infrastructure across production, disaster recovery, training, and non-production environments.
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor Epic web/service server platforms. \n
- Perform Epic upgrades, updates, patching, and system maintenance. \n
- Troubleshoot Epic infrastructure, third-party integrations, and performance issues. \n
- Support VMware, Citrix, Windows Server, capacity planning, and business continuity. \n
- Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with Epic and internal technical teams. \n
Required:
\n- \n
- Current Epic ECSA Certification – hard requirement. \n
- 3+ years of direct Epic ECSA experience. \n
- 3+ years of IT experience in systems engineering, server administration, web services, or networking. \n
- Experience with PowerShell, Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, and Epic infrastructure. \n
- Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills. \n
Preferred:

- Healthcare IT experience. \n
- Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or CompTIA certifications. \n
