Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy, applying evidence-based practices to address a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Timely and efficient completion of clinical documentation, including treatment notes and progress updates, utilizing our established electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are responsive to clients’ unique needs, regularly reviewing progress with patients.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients, ensuring an organized calendar while managing caseload effectively.
\n
• Engage in regular clinical consultations with colleagues to discuss cases and share insights, enhancing the overall quality of care delivered.

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in all interactions with clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with grief, loss, anxiety, and family dynamics, particularly within a hospice care context. By working with individuals and couples across various age groups, you will play a significant role in improving their emotional well-being and enhancing their communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required. Advanced degrees are highly valued.

• Must hold an active Illinois LCSW license to practice independently.

• Exemplary professionalism with strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competence, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we have a sign-on bonus incentive to welcome talented professionals to our team.
