Production Supervisor - (2nd Shift)

Position Supervisor – Harlan Facility Location: Harlan, IA Position Summary The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the production line workers at the Harlan facility. This includes assigning workers, training, ensuring safety, monitoring quality, and maintaining production metrics. Responsibilities Supervise production line(s) and assign work to line workers. Conduct safety inspections before the shift starts and continuously observe for hazards. Ensure safety reports, PPE usage, and safety card completion. Verify work order components and keep line clean of debris. Perform changeovers, packing, and transfer of product. Run equipment, perform maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues, and assist the Production Manager. Update production metrics, maintain documentation (skid tickets, line checks, quality checks). Escalate production issues to the Production Manager as needed. Provide quality checks of the line and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience (manufacturing preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Goal oriented, confident, outgoing, works well under pressure. Independent and proactive with strong initiative. Strong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel. Bi‑Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monogram Foods
