Job Details Responsibilities: Supervise and direct hourly production line workers across assigned shift. Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules; manage line changeovers and downtime. Own daily production reporting, yield performance, and labor cost accountability. Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and internal quality control standards. Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of work areas. Process hourly payroll, vacation, and PTO; communicate scheduling needs to Operations Manager. Drive continuous improvement in throughput, methods, and working conditions. Maintain accurate digital/paper reporting and distribute to appropriate stakeholders. Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 2+ years supervisory experience preferred. 3–5 years manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel). Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Ability to work in cold/wet environment; lift 30–90 lbs intermittently; flexible schedule required. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
