Overview A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a mid‑level associate to join its expanding Intellectual Property practice group. The firm handles appearances before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and works closely with trial teams on legal strategy, critical motions, and issue preservation throughout trial proceedings. Responsibilities The role focuses on patent litigation matters before U.S. district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Responsibilities include handling complex patent disputes, performing legal research, drafting motions and briefs, and participating in case strategy. Qualifications 3–6 years of patent litigation experience Experience in U.S. district courts, ITC proceedings, or PTAB matters Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field Patent Bar membership preferred Salary and Benefits Salary: $275,000 – $310,000 per year.
