Role Overview: Full-time Unit Manager/Director - RN responsible for overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit, supporting the Director of Nursing to deliver high-quality care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient, resident, family, and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate nursing and patient care aligned with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulations. Collaborate with staff, physicians, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes. Manage human resources, including staff recruitment, orientation, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university. Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
