Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, identifying clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, support systems, and treatment goals.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions through established evidence-based methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients, establishing specific goals and interventions relevant to their unique situations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, creating safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n
