Front Desk Coordinator – Alpha Massage & Wellness
Alpha Massage & Wellness is seeking a professional, organized, and guest-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our luxury wellness team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
Schedule
- Monday: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Tuesday - Thursday: Off/As Needed
Pay
- $18-$20 per hour based on experience and fit
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone calls, texts, and booking inquiries promptly
- Schedule: confirm, and manage appointments accurately
- Support same-day bookings and schedule updates
- Ensure all guests have completed booking requirements and payment information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out
- Coordinate with therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Change sheets between appointments during busy days
- Fold laundry and assist with keeping linens organized
- Vacuum and help maintain cleanliness throughout the spa
- Clean and maintain bathrooms throughout the shift
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication at all times
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous front desk, hospitality, spa, or customer service experience preferred
- Must live nearby or within a reasonable distance for reliable same-day availability
