We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.

What You'll Expect

As a bartender, you'll craft beverages, serve food and drinks, and create a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. You'll maintain cleanliness, uphold service standards, and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service regulations. This is a seasonal position that will run from May through mid to late September.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, serve, and present cocktails, beer, coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Take food and drink orders, upsell items, and replenish beverages
• Advise guests on drink selections and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Operate bar equipment, manage stock, and follow inventory controls
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures
• Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment safety
• Assist with receiving and storing bar supplies

What We Require

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a noisy, smoky environment
• Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Tip pooling is voluntary/optional for tipped employees
