Our commitment to building and innovating in the AI space provides the framework intended to drive smarter decision making and enhance how we build and operate our platforms and applications.As a member of Point72’s Technology team, we encourage and support your professional development from day one—helping you advance your technical skills, contribute innovative ideas, and satisfy your own intellectual curiosity—all while delivering real business impact for our multi-billion-dollar global business.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and scale resilient, low-latency enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks to support critical business systemsConfigure, monitor, and troubleshoot routing and switching platformsOperate and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls, managing security policies, VPNs, and software upgradesAdminister and troubleshoot enterprise load balancers to ensure application availabilityDesign, deploy, and support enterprise wireless infrastructure, including access points, controllers, and authentication servicesRespond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution in a production, high-availability environmentImplement and maintain network automation and tooling using scripting languages and vendor APIs to reduce manual work and increase reliabilityMonitor network performance and capacity, proactively identify trends, and remediate issues before they impact usersParticipate in network upgrades, migrations, and change management activities, and contribute to a 24x7 support model including on-call rotationsCollaborate with security, systems, and application teams, and maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and operational proceduresWHAT'S REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering with 3+ years of experience in enterprise network support or engineering rolesHands-on experience with Cisco platforms, including IOS and NX-OS, and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRPExperience with Arista EOSExperience supporting firewalls, including Palo Alto Networks configuration of security policies and VPNsExperience administering F5 BIG-IP load balancers, including LTM and GTMStrong understanding of wireless networking, including 802.11 standards, RF fundamentals, access points, controllers, and authentication servicesExperience with network automation and scripting using Python, Ansible, and REST APIsSolid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and network security principles, and experience supporting production, high-availability enterprise environmentsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication and effective cross-team collaboration.Commitment to the highest ethical standardsWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
