As a key member of our patient experience team, you'll be responsible for guiding patients through recommended treatment, answering questions about insurance and financing, and helping ensure they have everything they need to move forward with care. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will: Meet with patients to review recommended treatment and answer questions about their care plans. Explain insurance benefits, estimated costs, financing programs, and payment arrangements. Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and administrative team members. Help patients schedule future treatment and navigate next steps in their care journey. Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment recommendations. Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation. Deliver a welcoming, professional experience that builds trust and long-term patient relationships. Skills & Qualifications We're looking for someone who brings a combination of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include: Experience in a dental office, healthcare setting, patient coordination role, or financial counseling position. Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss financial information clearly and confidently. Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Comfort using computer systems and maintaining accurate records. A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient service. No dental treatment coordination experience? We'd still love to hear from candidates with relevant customer service, healthcare, or financial coordination backgrounds.
