Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the specific needs of clients and develop personalized therapy plans aimed at achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group counseling sessions using evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to effectively address clients’ mental health concerns.

• Provide specialized support and coping strategies for clients dealing with PTSD, ensuring they feel safe and understood throughout the therapeutic process.

• Manage case coordination for clients, ensuring they receive appropriate referrals to additional resources and services as needed to support their journey.

• Maintain meticulous records that comply with ICD-9 standards, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and care for our clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers and psychiatrists, to deliver integrated care and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline.

• Current LMFT license valid in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in therapy settings, specifically in delivering case management and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
