Housekeeping Attendant (Home2 Suites Las Vegas North)

HousekeeperWe are a Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel located in North Las Vegas looking to have an energetic and motivated individual join our team. A dependable individual with a passion for hospitality, a willingness to learn, and a flexible schedule. The housekeeper is responsible for upholding the company's cleanliness standards of all guest rooms and common areas located in the hotel. He/she is to report directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor. At least 1 year of housekeeping work experience is required.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Change and replace all bed linens and towelsSanitize and clean all restroomsDust/wipe down all room surfaces including but not limited to windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furnitureVacuum/mop all floorsRestock all room amenitiesAssure all rooms are set up to company standardsCleans and maintains personal workstation by properly stocking it sheets, towels, amenities, etc.Guest ServiceOffer guests assistance whenever possibleResponsible for resolving escalated customer relations issuesAnswers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and servicesMust respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel's services and accommodationsResponsible for positively representing and promoting the propertyEnsures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and securityOther duties as assignedSkills, educational background, and experienceCompleted daily housekeeping reportInforms the Executive Housekeeper or Front Desk staff when rooms are ready for new customersReports any maintenance, security, or safety issues to the appropriate staffHigh School Diploma or GED requiredFluent in EnglishAt least 1 year housekeeping experience requiredHousekeeping experience in hotel setting preferredAbility to efficiently work under time constraintsSuperior customer service skillsAbility to work with cleaning chemicalsMust be able to lift, push, and pull 25 lbs frequentlyAble to work a flexible scheduleJob Type: Full-time
