Business Development Representative Manager

Leading a team of Business Development Representatives, the full-time remote BDR Manager will coach and develop staff to engage and qualify prospects, manage the BDR playbook, and ensure high-quality opportunities are handed off to Account Executives. Key Responsibilities Partner with the VP of Sales to set and drive accountability for SQO targets and quotas for the BDR team Own the BDR playbook and implement a signal-based outbound prospecting strategy focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts Recruit, onboard, and coach BDRs to achieve full SQO productivity within 90 days of hire Required Qualifications 5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or enterprise software, including 2+ years leading BDR or SDR teams Proven track record as a top-performing BDR or SDR, exceeding pipeline targets Experience with Salesforce and a sales engagement platform like Salesloft or Outreach Data-driven coaching style with experience in building dashboards and adjusting strategies based on trends Familiarity with AI tools and workflows relevant to the BDR role
