Treatment Coordinator - Toupin Dental & Associates

Toupin Dental & Associates in Novi, MI is looking to add a dental receptionist to join our friendly team!

We are looking for someone that loves working with patients to achieve their smile goals with knowledge in treatment planning and financial arrangements using third party lenders when needed. Job Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans and explain procedures to patients
• Discuss insurance, costs, and financial options
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Schedule treatment to maximize provider productivity
• Keep schedules full through confirmations and patient follow-up
• Verify insurance and ensure accurate patient records

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with providers and front office staff
• Comfortable handling objections, questions, and sensitive conversations with professionalism

Required / Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the treatment coordinator role
• Prior experience with insurance verification and benefit breakdowns required
• Experience presenting treatment plans and reviewing financial responsibility with patients' required
• Strong phone skills, including scheduling, inbound/outbound calls, and patient follow-up
• Experience working with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures required
• Dental office experience required

Office Hours: (Flexible hours)

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
