• Job title: Leasing & Management Assistant Emory Apartments (200Unit Community, Pensacola, FL).

• Summary: Support onsite leasing, resident relations, and daytoday management operations for a 200unit apartment community, working directly with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

• Handle highvolume leasing traffic: inquiries, tours, applications, and followups to maintain strong occupancy across 200 units.

• Coordinate resident communication and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and consistent documentation for a large resident base.

• Assist with rent posting, late notices, and renewal tracking for all units, helping the Property Manager manage collections and retention at scale.

• Support marketing and outreach to keep a stable pipeline of qualified prospects (online listings, social media, signage, referrals).
  This role is ideal for someone energized by a busy, fastpaced 200unit community and comfortable juggling multiple residents, prospects, and tasks at once.
