For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: SummaryUnder the Director of Purchasing, the Accounts Payable Clerk performs a wide range of accounts payable and financial support duties for the Oregon Metro Visitor Venues. This role is responsible for accurate invoice processing, vendor communication, reconciliation, and support of purchasing and month-end close activities across operations. The position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.Duties Receive, review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting systemPerform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentationProcess non-PO invoices, credit memos, and recurring invoicesMonitor invoice workflow and resolve discrepanciesVerify, allocate, and post financial transaction detailsServe as primary contact for vendor inquiriesResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issuesMaintain professional communication with vendors and internal teamsSupport vendor onboarding and record maintenanceReconcile vendor statements and AP sub-ledgerIdentify missing or outstanding invoicesAssist with month-end close and accrual trackingPerform account reconciliationsConduct aging reviewsAssist with purchase order lifecycle managementMonitor open and partially received POsSupport procurement requestsEnsure accurate documentationMaintain financial records and spreadsheetsPrepare AP and financial reportsPerform variance analysisCompile and summarize financial dataDevelop reports using ExcelMaintain organized filing systemsEnsure documentation retention and audit readinessQualifications Experience in accounts payable or accounting supportUnderstanding of invoice processing and reconciliationsProficiency in Excel and financial systemsStrong attention to detailAbility to meet deadlinesStrong communication skillsHourly, on-site positionFive days per week with occasional weekendsExperience in high-volume or multi-location environmentsProficiency using Birchstreet Inventory Management softwareExposure to month-end closeFamiliarity with vendor compliance requirementsExperience supporting purchasing functionsApply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
