What You'll Do

• Handle inbound phone calls, website chat inquiries, and online service appointment requests.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to remind clients of upcoming maintenance, recall campaigns, and missed appointments.
• Coordinate and schedule service visits efficiently using digital scheduling software (Xtime/CRM).
• Answer client questions regarding routine maintenance schedules, dealership amenities, and vehicle drop-off procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Service Advisors and managers to ensure a seamless handoff for every visiting customer.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multi-screen scheduling tools.
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and active listening skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, hospitality, or automotive retail is a plus (we provide full paid training).
• Positive, reliable team player ready to grow with our team.
