Email And Retention Marketing Manager - Sunrise Corporate Office

Summary The Email and Retention Marketing Manager will lead email, SMS, and CRM strategy for a multi-brand luxury portfolio from the Sunrise corporate office, balancing performance-driven growth with premium brand storytelling. This role is responsible for developing and executing lifecycle and retention programs that strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and drive revenue through personalization and rigorous analytics. Responsibilities Lead email, SMS, and CRM programs across multiple brands to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, automation, personalization, and deliverability best practices. Design and run A/B tests, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns using revenue attribution and analytics. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, creative, analytics, e-commerce, IT, and retail teams; manage projects and presentations. Oversee ESP and CRM operations, campaign builds (HTML), and integration with Shopify and other platforms. Requirements 5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, preferably with luxury retail or premium consumer brands. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, automation, personalization, deliverability, and testing methodologies. Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, revenue attribution, and Google Analytics.
