Exceptional Benefits: 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance unlimited PTO federal holidays quarterly offsites direct daily access to the founding team What You'll Do Own Positioning & Messaging: Define how our client contrasts against legacy competitors (e.g., Vanta, Drata) and build the messaging hierarchy that feeds the website, sales decks, emails, and talk tracks. Drive Launches & Sales Enablement: Package every product release into a complete launch. Arm the sales team with battlecards, objection handling, and pitch decks, and own the monthly product newsletter. Convert Traffic & Close the Loop: Write high-converting landing page and vertical copy in tandem with the Growth Engineer. Run ongoing win/loss analysis and competitive intel to directly lift win rates and deal velocity. Leverage AI Daily: Use AI as a force multiplier to draft variants, synthesize customer transcripts, pull competitive intel, and turn single launches into multi-asset campaigns. Key Requirements Experience: 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing (technical, security, or compliance-adjacent preferred). Technical Fluency: Ability to quickly master complex topics and speak credibly to CISOs, CTOs, and technical buyers (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, pentests). Exceptional Writing & Execution: Ability to make a traditionally dry category engaging and ship sharp, tested copy on a fast cadence. Data-Driven Focus: Proven track record of directly influencing key metrics (win rate, conversion rates, pipeline generation, deal velocity).
