Part Time Days and Evening shifts, to be scheduled as needed by client (2x8s/3x8s), Every Other Weekend, Holiday

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 Hours/Biweekly

Requirements
- NYS Nursing Assistant Certification Required
- BLS (AHA or RQI)
- One (1) Year of previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Meet residents' Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) needs as outlined in the plan of care, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, promptly responding to call lights and alarms.
- Assist with residents' nutritional needs per the plan of care, ensuring preferences and choices are honored.
- Support residents' rehabilitative needs, including range of motion and transfers, following the plan of care.
- Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or psychosocial status to the Charge Nurse promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Compliance / Notes
Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is reasonably anticipated; required tasks involve potential contact with blood, body fluids, or tissues.
