Customer Service Associate I

Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and product recommendations. Manage sales transactions and operate cash registers. Maintain security of cash and protect company assets. Keep the store well‑stocked, including receiving merchandise and unloading trucks. Restock merchandise and maintain organizational standards. Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required. Physically able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required. Strong organizational and communication skills required. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills required.
