Position Summary We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented HRIS & HR Operations Specialist with a keen understanding of HR systems and HR operations. This person will manage onboarding, I-9's, and ensure E-Verify is up-to-date and compliant. This role will assume important ownership for the system, driving data integrity, reporting, compliance, and troubleshooting issues when problems arise. This person will also assist with annual Open Enrollment and benefits EDI file management. Key Responsibilities Manage stakeholder requests with regards to the HRIS system throughout the organization. Manage onboarding, I-9's, and E-Verify Conduct regular system audits through reporting functionality to ensure full HR compliance and accurate employee data Troubleshoot system issues to include accrual issues, time off policies, workflows, system access, IP address updates, data integrity, and reporting Manage data integrations and updates as needed Manage system access, settings, workflows, etc. Take ownership and act as the SME for HRIS related functions to include Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, LMS functions, Integrations, and Recruitment.
