Category Sales and Marketing Description Ziemek Dental Laboratory is a leading provider of high-quality dental restorations and solutions. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, innovative techniques, and building strong relationships with dental practices. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our client base and grow our presence in the Katy, TX area. Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new dental practice clients and guiding them through the onboarding process with support from our dedicated onboarding team. This is a results-driven role with significant earning potential through a competitive base salary and tiered commission structure. Responsibilities Identify and acquire new dental practice customers in Texas. Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth integration of new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Represent Ziemek Dental Laboratory at industry events and networking opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong dental background, preferably with experience asdental assistant or hygienist, with additional competencies in sales. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical, or B2B industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with dental industry terminology and practices preferred; prior experience as a dental assistant or dental hygienist a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000 per year. Tiered commission structure:

• 250 per new customer for the first 20 customers
• 500 per new customer for the next 20 customers
• 750 per new customer after 40 customers
