Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Ohio SLP-CCC licensure (required)
• Prior experience in a school environment with junior high/middle school-aged students
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute data-driven intervention plans
• Any additional Ohio-specific certifications as required by state law or school policy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students individually and in groups
• Assess, diagnose, and develop IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and caregivers to facilitate student success
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with all legal and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
