Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• SLP-CCC or completion of clinical fellowship (CFY applicants welcomed)
• Background in pediatric therapy or school-based SLP services
• Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Comfort working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized speech-language treatment plans
• Support students with a range of communication challenges, tailoring intervention to each learner
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insight and advocating for student needs
• Provide consultative support to teachers and classroom staff as necessary
