Senior FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst supports the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role provides financial insights and analyses that drive organizational performance, improve resource allocation, and support long-term strategic objectives. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, the position serves as a key contributor to the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by coordinating risk assessments, maintaining risk reporting, and supporting leadership's efforts to identify, evaluate, and mitigate strategic and operational risks.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field* 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills* Thorough understanding of financial statements and performance metrics* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools* Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI* Knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts and frameworks* Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills* Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights* Excellent organizational and project management skills* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsPreferred Qualifications:* MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation* Exposure to enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, or governance processesJob TypeDirect HireCompensation80387 - $125140
