We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers at MTN Prime Steakhouse in beautiful Idaho Springs, CO. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders and ensure accuracy
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
• Handle any guest concerns with professionalism and hospitality
• Upsell menu items and specials
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Process payments accurately
• Provide top-notch customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Team player mentality
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Food safety certification is a plus
