• Experience: Minimum 3 years of OR/Surgical nursing experience; prior travel experience preferred
• Other Requirements: Call and weekend rotations required; experience in Neurosurgery, Spine, Ortho/Ortho Spine, Complex General Surgery (including Bariatric), Level I Trauma, Neuro, ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns preferred

• Pay Rate: $62.47/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized perioperative nursing care for neurosurgery, spine, and complex surgical cases
• Assist with pre-op assessments, intraoperative support, and post-op care
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain sterile technique and assist in maintaining a sterile environment
• Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital policies
• Support emergency procedures and Level I trauma protocols as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

What You Need

• Active RN license in Ohio or state of residence
• Minimum 3 years of OR/Surgical experience, including neuro and trauma cases
• BCLS certification required; EPIC experience preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and team collaboration
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and call shifts
